The new-build project is located in a popular residential area in the Berlin-Mitte district. Wedding borders Charlottenburg to the west, Reinickendorf to the north and Pankow to the east. Known as a working-class district in the days of industrialisation, Wedding has undergone a major transformation in recent years. New depreciation: Utilise tax advantages for capital investments

Save taxes with a property that generates returns

The German Growth Opportunities Act, with its new depreciation rules, has come into force. That means: Anyone who buys a new-build property now and lets it out can, under certain conditions, write off up to 5% of the acquisition costs of the building each year (or of the respective residual value in subsequent years) and thus save tax.
